Fudge the way Mom used to make it.
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups canned milk
- 2 tsp Kayro syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Mix cocoa and sugar. Add milk (canned) and Kayro syrup and mix well.
- When it comes to a boil mix constantly.
- Cook it until a little dropped from a spoon forms a soft ball in a cup of cold water.
- When that happens, remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
- Beat it until it is smooth. Pour in a greased pan to cool.
